Pot No Luck already handles the core of running a league pool: buy-ins, weekly deposits, and automatic payouts, all tracked precisely. Here's what we want to add next.

Money that grows while it waits

Right now, your league's prize pool sits safely from the first buy-in to the final payout. The next goal is making that money actually work while it sits there: real growth on the pool over the course of the season, so the total waiting for your champion at the end is bigger than what everyone put in.

This one takes real groundwork behind the scenes, since it means partnering with a bank to hold and grow league funds properly. We're not there yet, but it's the natural next chapter of "safe and growing," not just a slogan.

Here's the part we think matters most: other platforms in this space, including LeagueSafe, hold your league's money in an account that earns interest, and they keep that interest as their own revenue. We're building this the other way. Whatever your league's money earns, it's your league's money. Not ours.

Real prizes for your champion

Winning your league should mean more than bragging rights and a bigger check. We want Pot No Luck itself to send real, physical recognition to whoever wins it all each season: a trophy, a ring, or something worth showing off, sent free of charge by the app.

We're also looking at smaller, fun moments throughout the season, not just at the very end, so the whole year feels a little more alive, not just the final week.
